The Rock River Heritage Park Friends group is hosting a holiday mixology class designed to provide the ins and outs of professional drink making. The class will cover the importance of proportions, compatible combinations, and finishing touches that will take your drink-making to the next level. Light appetizers will also be provided. Class size is limited; please register by December 23.
