This annual family-friendly, educational festival offers live entertainment by Comin’ in Hot, food, children’s activities, and booths selling artisan goods, vegetables, honey and flowers. Oak savanna restoration walks are scheduled for 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and the educational documentary Kiss the Ground: The Solution is Right Under Our Feet will be screened at Noon and 1 PM. Also visit presentations on a variety of topics, including preparing your backyard to support wintering birds, agroforestry, beekeeping, indigenous corn braiding, heirloom apples.
